Reporting & Forms

Mansfield City Schools is dedicated to creating an advancing District where you feel empowered to raise concerns, ask for help, or learn about your options before making any decisions. If you have experienced, witnessed, or have been impacted in any way by harassment and/or sexual harassment, we can assist in finding the options that feel right for you. To seek assistance and information, you can contact your Mansfield City School District Title IX Coordinator and/or the District Title IX Compliance Officers. Any resources with whom  you are most comfortable - you are in control of deciding to whom you speak and how much you want to share.

Any person may report sexual discrimination, including Sexual Harassment (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sex discrimination or Sexual Harassment), in person, by mail, by telephone, or by electronic mail, using the Title IX Coordinator, or Compliance Officer's contact information listed  or by any other means that results in the Title IX Coordinator/Compliance Officers receiving the person’s oral or written report. Reports may be made at any time (including during non-business hours), by using the telephone numbers or electronic mail addresses, or by mail to the office address, listed for the Title IX Coordinator, and Compliance Officers.
