Ms. Watkins had 17 of her art students receive an award from Richland Public Health and Richland County Youth and Substance Use Coalition. The artists received a gift card and certificate for their submitted artwork. Maya Watkins from Sherman won 1st place and has her artwork on a billboard located at 105 S. Main Street.
