Each year at the end of January, the Music Department hosts the Ohio Music Educators Association District 10 SOLO & ENSEMBLE ADJUDICATED EVENT. This is an event where 350-450 high school students from Richland, Ashland, Knox, Morrow, and Holmes counties, perform as soloists or in chamber ensembles for adjudicators who critique and grade their performances. This is an extremely important event for Music Education as it forces our student musicians to become better independent players.
This year the event is Saturday, January 28, 2023. This is the 14th year in a row that we are the host!!
