Mrs. Uhde, Mrs. Nichols, and Mrs. Dowdley’s first-grade students at Woodland Elementary brought in Halloween with a spook! They read the book, The Legend of Spookley the Square Pumpkin, by Joe Troiano. Students learned the lesson of accepting differences in others. Then they created delicious square pumpkin Treats! Happy Halloween!
