Mansfield City Schools New Strategic Plan
After months of committee meetings, data collection, and discussion around the best way to meet the current and future needs of students, staff, and families, the Mansfield City Schools Board of Education approved the district’s 2027 strategic plan at its Aug. 16 meeting.
“The goals of our strategic plan revolve around providing effective academic programs, building strong partnerships, hiring and retaining highly trained staff, and constructing 21st-century facilities,” said Stan Jefferson, Mansfield City Schools superintendent.
The five-year plan focuses on three big ideas — succeed, engage and renew — and will help the district further its vision to be the premier learning destination of Richland County.
