Re: Wearing Masks through June 3, 2021
Date: May 26, 2021

As we approach the last week of school, I would like to thank each and every one of you for cooperation, support, and patience throughout this unprecedented school year. As you know,    on May 13, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended that fully vaccinated individuals no longer had to wear masks indoors, except in hospitals, on public transit and in other specified places. In response to that announcement, Governor DeWine sent out the following statement to all Education Leaders.

We will comply with this directive from Governor DeWine, through our last day of school with students, which is June 3, 2021.  After this date, school staff will not be required to wear facial coverings, unless they wish to do so or unless guidance from the CDC, Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Department of Education, or the local health department changes.
