3rd grade students at Springmill STEM elementary explored the Water Cycle in a hands-on 5E science lesson. After attending a science training, Mrs. Murphy worked with Mrs. Cramer to design the activities. Students got ENGAGED by being a water droplet through the cycle, then EXPLORED further knowledge with some reading and a video. Students then EXTENDED their knowledge through stations in the water cycle lab. Lastly Students ELABORATED on their learning by writing about what they learned, which teachers then EVALUATED.
