On November 5, Children’s Hunger Alliance began their partnership to distribute weekend meals to Prospect Elementary students. The Third Grade Leadership Team, composed of Prospect Elementary students, will be helping with the CHA staff in the future. Pictures from the first day are below. CHA is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Their mission is to ensure that children without access receive healthy food, nutrition education and physical activity.
