Malabar Intermediate School will have a Cinco de Mayo theme for its math/literacy night on Thursday.
Parents, grandparents and others are invited to join students for dinner in the cafeteria from 5:30 to 6 p.m.
Classroom educational sessions are scheduled from 6 to 6:50 p.m. Visitors will see and participate in math and literacy activities.
Afterward visitors will return to the cafeteria for door-prize drawings. Among the prizes will be gift cards for Walmart, Barnes & Noble and pizzas and Snow Trails tubing passes.
