Mansfield Senior High School will offer the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
Only 11th graders can qualify for scholarships and recognition as a result of the three-part test, but younger students benefit from feedback on their skills.
Registration, which includes a $15 fee, must be completed by Tuesday. Checks should be made payable to Mansfield Senior High School.
The PSAT/NMSQT includes:
-- Two 25-minute critical reading sections containing a total of 48 questions.
-- Two 25-minute mathematics sections containing a total of 38 questions.
-- One 30-minute writing skills section containing 39 questions.
