Mansfield Senior High School and Mansfield Middle School will register students for the 2015-2016 school year on three days next month.
Registration dates and times are:
Aug. 11 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Aug. 12 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Aug. 13 – 12 to 7 p.m.
Parents and students should bring the following:
-- At least three emergency contact telephone numbers.
-- Medical insurance information.
-- Doctor’s orders to administer prescription medication during school hours (If needed, this form may be picked up prior to registration.)
-- Cash or check for school fees.
Medical cards are not accepted as fee waivers. A student may be considered for fee waivers if he or she qualifies for free lunch and checks the box on the free lunch form to be considered.
The first day of classes will be Aug. 19.
