Class Day 2018

Mansfield Senior High School celebrated its annual Class Day Friday, May 18, 2018.  Class Day is an annual tradition-going back many years at Mansfield Senior. Students were awarded scholarships and special recognition for participation in many school programs.

The Class of 2018 – numbering 168 on the list of graduates approved by the board of education this week – was attired in caps and gowns as a multitude of scholarship awards were presented. The total scholarships offered to Mansfield Senior High graduates is in excess of $5 million.

Families, friends and faculty applauded the graduates as individual scholarship representatives announced their awards. Board of Education Vice-President Renda Cline, and Board members Chris Elswick and Sheryl Weber joined Superintendent Brian Garverick, Assistant Superintendent Mark Manley, and Chief Academic Officer Stephen Rizzo on stage. Acting Principal Scott Musser presided over the ceremonies.
