PARENTS & STUDENTS
We look forward to welcoming all children to Mansfield City Schools for the 2017-2018 school year. A parent or legal guardian may register their child at the school that they will attend. If you are not sure where your child will be attending school, please call Mansfield City Schools at 419-525-6400 ext. 56440 for further assistance.
Please bring the following documents with you when you register your child for the first time:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Social Security Number
- Copy of Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Proof of Residency (U.S. Mail, Utility Bill or Rental Agreement)
- I.E.P (if applicable)
- E.T.R. (if applicable)
